Tony Horton’s Get Fit in 5 Weeks

I wanted to share one of the video’s I found of Tony Horton, the creator of P90X. He will give you some pointers to getting in shape and discusses diet. He later introduces his chef and she gives her thoughts on diet. I have grown to really like Tony. He motivates me to keep coming back for more and reach for that next step in fitness.
