ONE ON ONE: adding variety
For additional variety, Tony Horton’s One on One series makes a great addition to your P90X library. I am currently replacing some of the workouts from P90X with the same type workout from the One on One series. For example, I replaced the Yoga X which is 90 minutes long with the much shorter “Fountain of Youth” yoga from Tony’s One on One series. Since they have released the “One on One:MC2 Yoga” I will replace Yoga X with that one instead. I have also ordered the leg workout “Plyo Legs” to mix in on those leg workout days. The One on One series is purchased two ways. You can buy them individually for $19.95 or subscribe to receive the newest release every month for $19.95 a month. The One on One series is filmed in Tony Horton’s home gym with just him and a camera man. Watch the video below to get a glimpse.

  2. Thanks for the blog about P90X. I’m doing Lean right now!

  3. Nice to know I can refer to this for the schedule when my kids move my fitness guide lol. I just got P90X+ recently and am strongly considering doing a round with those in place of the original workouts.
