The End of Pregnancy Being a Busy Mother

So I have about 3 weeks left til my 3rd little one arrives (I posted my belly pic with this article too :-) ), and to be honest I haven’t been eating the best. I know this happens to the best of us so I want to be real when I talk about myself and post in my blogs. When you are a Busy Mother, time can get away from you and quick and easy things are less stressful and easier when you’re tired…..but I dug down and had a one on one with my “SELF” and decided to get my act together.

I thought about many of the home workouts I have from  Beachbody because I really have most all of them, and I had already done Power 90 for the 1st and 2nd trimester, I started walking on the treadmill, but that was getting sort of hard because it’s upstairs in the other room and I can’t leave my kids alone that long to walk. I decided that my legs and butt were getting to chunky for my liking, so guess what workout I picked???? BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT!! I forgot how much I loved that workout. It’s not an easy workout and I have to modify a lot of the moves and skip past other ones, but I try to get a good workout in everyday with that.

My eating has stepped up to, I’m having my Shakeology once a day or once every other day and getting my healthy calories in. I think a lot of it was finding some motivation and looking at myself knowing I could do it. I want to be that rock for other women who are Busy Mothers and struggling like me to get dinner done, workout in, eat good, etc.
