Still Kicking!

I am still hard at it.  I am back doing P90X again after finishing up Insanity.  This time around I will have my Powerblocks for the entire cycle and will be able to enjoy the benefit of heavier lifting. Since I decided to get myself back in shape and start with the Beachbody fitness programs I have lost 37lbs. Thus far I have finished a cycle of P90X, Insanity, and currently on week 4 of the second cycle of P90X. Things are going well. I am getting stronger, more flexible and believe it or not I am enjoying Yoga. It’s funny how things change. There is no stopping now.

    Consistency is the name of the game! Keep up the great work – the time you put in now will continue to pay dividends in the future!

  2. Keep it up! I’m in Phase two of Round 2. I just finished Asylum before I started the X again, and I’m amazed all over again at how serious P90X is!
