Busy Mother – The Tiring Days

Today was one of those days I just didn’t want to get out of bed, and didn’t want to clean, do laundry, ect……..

One thing I do that really helps me get through these days is having a “routine.” Trust me being a busy mother I know that things doing always go as planned, but I feel comfort in knowing what I have to do for the day. It is the small things like knowing what we are having for dinner at the beginning of the week, having a day for cleaning bathrooms and doing laundry.

When it comes to food I want to save as much money as I can since groceries aren’t cheap. I do some couponing, so if you’d like some advice or help with that please let me know. I am not an extreme couponer, so I do have to make a list of meals and make one big list. My strategy is to try to go to the store once every two weeks (except for our fresh veggies since we do eat many of those). I have a system I use that works and help save money J

If you’d like any advice on this or any coaching with food, workouts or time management please feel free to send me an email tricia@sextonfitness.com, I would love to help!!

Hope to hear from you all soon!
